1General Terms & Conditions

By using the CKPK platform, you agree to the following general terms and conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to participate in online gaming.
• You are required to provide accurate personal and financial information.
• CKPK's services are intended for personal entertainment only, not for commercial or professional betting.
• Each individual may only hold one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

2Account & Registration

The following rules must be followed to open an account on CKPK:

• Single Account: Only one account may be opened per mobile number, email address, or device.
• Accurate Information: Your name, address, mobile number, and banking details must be kept accurate and up to date.
• Password Security: Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share it with anyone.
• KYC Verification: KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before withdrawals or large transactions.

3Deposit & Withdrawal

Payment rules on CKPK:

• Minimum Deposit: 100 BDT. Minimum Withdrawal: 500 BDT.
• Payment Method: Transactions can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Withdrawal Process: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Same Method: Withdrawals must generally be made using the same method as the original deposit.
• Verification Required: Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Suspicious Transactions: If money laundering or any other illegal activity is suspected, CKPK reserves the right to investigate and freeze the relevant funds.

4Bonuses & Promotions

Terms for using CKPK bonuses and promotions:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus comes with a wagering (rollover) requirement. You must place bets totalling the specified amount before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 7 to 30 days, or they will expire.
• Single Use: Each promotion can only be used once. Repeatedly attempting to claim the same bonus may result in account closure.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games. The eligible games will be stated in the bonus terms.
• Maximum Bet: The maximum bet amount using bonus balance may be limited.
• Bonus Cancellation: CKPK reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time if these terms are violated.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the CKPK platform:

• Bet Finality: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Incorrect Odds: If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, CKPK reserves the right to void or correct the affected bet.
• Event Cancellation: If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, stakes placed on that event will be refunded.
• Live Betting: In live betting, CKPK reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect information caused by network delays.
• Game Error: If a technical error occurs during a game, the result of that round may be voided and bets will be refunded.
• Maximum Win: Each game or betting market may have a maximum payout limit, which will be stated in the game description.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the CKPK platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using false information or another person's identity.
• Using funds derived from illegal activities (money laundering) on the platform.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Hacking the platform's software, using bots, or playing with automated software.
• Collusion or placing bets through illegal coordination with other players.
• Harassing or mistreating platform staff.
• Attempting to transact using false payment details or through fraudulent means.

7Account Closure & Suspension

CKPK may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may request account closure at any time. Prior to closure, any verified balance may be withdrawn, provided no restrictions are in place.

8Limitation of Liability

CKPK is not liable for the following:

• If a game or bet is affected by a lost internet connection or network issue.
• If a delay occurs due to a system issue on the part of a third party (such as a payment gateway).
• If the service is temporarily disrupted due to an unexpected technical error.
• If a user suffers losses due to their own negligence or unauthorized disclosure of account credentials.

Under all circumstances, CKPK's maximum liability shall be limited to the original value of the transaction in question.
